By using HAQQ, you agree that it provides general legal information only—not legal advice, legal representation, or a lawyer-client relationship.

1. What HAQQ does

HAQQ helps users understand selected UAE legal information in plain language, find relevant official resources, and review documents at the user’s request. It is an informational tool and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed UAE lawyer.

2. No reliance for urgent or specific matters

Laws, procedures, fees, penalties, and local rules can change. HAQQ may be incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate for a particular situation. Verify important information with the competent official authority. Seek a licensed UAE lawyer for court deadlines, criminal matters, travel restrictions, immigration status, urgent safety concerns, or advice specific to you.

3. No access to official records

HAQQ cannot access or verify police, court, prosecution, immigration, travel-ban, or government records. It will not confirm an individual’s status. Enter personal identifiers and official credentials only in the appropriate official government service—not in HAQQ chat.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you submit, for verifying it, and for deciding whether to act on it. Do not use HAQQ for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity. Do not submit information you are not entitled to share.

5. Third-party services

HAQQ may link to official authorities and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. HAQQ does not control their availability, decisions, or records.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
